Seller Guidelines

1. General Guidelines

1. All sellers must adhere to the UnturnedMarket.com EULA.
2. Sellers must be at least 16 years old to apply.
   • Any PayPal account used must comply with PayPal's User Agreement, which may require management by a parent or guardian for individuals under 18.
3. Sellers are responsible for ensuring their account information (e.g., payment information, profile biography, etc) is accurate and up-to-date
4. Seller status is granted at the discretion of UnturnedMarket.com and may be revoked at any time.

2. Professional Conduct

1. Sellers must communicate professionally with consumers and respond to inquiries within 48 hours.
2. Communication must be conducted in English to ensure clarity and consistency
3. Sellers must avoid abusive language, harassment, or any behavior that could tarnish the platform's reputation.

3. Product Submission Standards

1. Sellers must provide at least two references to open-source released projects when applying. If open-source references are unavailable, sellers may submit source code directly upon request for evaluation.
2. Sellers are responsible for ensuring their products do not infringe on intellectual property rights.

4. Profile Presentation

1. Seller profile picture and display name must be appropriate, non-offensive, and professional. Examples of prohibited content include explicit imagery, hate symbols, or misleading names.
2. Profiles must accurately reflect the identity of the seller or their brand.

5. Legal & Security Obligations

1. Sellers must ensure that all products, including plugins or scripts, are free of malicious code.
2. Sellers must comply with local laws and regulations regarding software development distribution and commerce.
